As the COVID-19 lockdown taking its global tool, the leading names around the world are working tirelessly to achieve a peaceful resolution for the ongoing challenges which are being experienced in Indian Occupied Kashmir (IOK).
To raise an international awareness and to create a global solidarity towards helping Kashmir, Tehreek-e-Kashmir (TeK) Organisation, also playing a great role in the UK and Europe, whilst continuing with its highly anticipated series of ‘International Video Conferences for Peace in Kashmir’. Also, in each session, the TeK UK’s highly respectable participants tirelessly keep reminding everyone about the ‘deepening humanitarian crisis which happening in the IOK’ and discussing all the possibilities towards achieving a swift resolution.
During the weekly held TeK UK conferences, His Excellency President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Sardar Masood Khan, dedicatedly reminding everyone that ‘This is an outrage and India expects us to be silent. The impression they want to give to the world is the turbulence in IOK is not about the Kashmiris but about a potential clash between India and Pakistan -both, nuclear armed states- … By doing so, India is diverting attention from its own crimes of humanity, war crimes, genocide, and ethnic cleansing! This is the technic that they are using’.
Praising the Tehreek-e-Kashmir (TeK) UK’s President Raja Fahim Kayani; the TeK members; and the participants’ invaluable efforts; His Excellency President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Sardar Masood Khan also does point out to the importance of ‘Switching to virtual diplomacy on Kashmir, during the COVID-19 lockdown’.

Up till today, the ill are unable to gain medical access, many have died due to lack of medical care, with many continue dying in hospitals due to the communication blackout. Furthermore, the charities are unable to provide relief to IOK.
During the ongoing Covid-19 Pandemic as well, India, continuing to threaten the lives in the Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir region and it is very crucial to act fast, in order to stop this humanitarian disaster happening in the region.
